Overseeing 5 regional project offices across Indonesia.Initially started working as Senior Project Engineer for construction implementation, scheduling and forecasting, resource management and logistics. Promoted to Deputy Project Manager after 7 months. Responsibilities include: Management and mentoring of National staff, Contract Valuation preparation, project controls / system implementation and general project management duties. Business devolvement and client liaison was also a large part of position.

‘The Markets Development’ Guernsey, Channel Islands, UKValue: USD $14,000,000.00Short-term contract.Responsible for all civil construction, external landscaping and infrastructure works on a refurbishment project of a highly prestigious building and associated plots in Guernsey's town centre. The development included retail units, apartments and offices.

Contracts / Engineering Manager Management of various small-scale EPC projects, ranging from infrastructure road construction, piling / drilling sites to general R.C. construction. Heavily involved in the design and engineering of specialist cliff drilling rigs and also the execution of several extreme cliff stabilisation projects that utilised rope access drilling and also rope access blasting (using explosives on dangerous unstable cliffs to prevent future cliff falls)

PT Petrosea staff on this site during this time in excess of 600Contract value was in excess of US$4M per month dependent on PT Freeport’s requirements.Working at Grasberg added altogether new challenges, the job site is at 14,000ft, poor visibility and extreme weather conditions made this a very diverse position.Commenced work as Lowland’s (Timika) Project Engineer aiding lowland construction projects – i.e. water treatment plant and 100m span steel framed ‘Otomana Bridge’. Transferred to the Highlands division and promoted to Highlands Manager.Reported directly the Petrosea Irian Jaya Operations Manager; my scope of works was managing all of the highlands activities, formed part of the Grasberg Drainage Integrated Management Team (Freeport/Petrosea/Pama), responsible for cost control, highlands tendering and general project management duties.

Engineer for Concrete Structures and Road Construction – INB5 project (Inner Northern Bus Way, Brisbane, AUS).Contract Value : AUD$ 35,000,000.00Client: Queensland Transport (QT)One of three project engineers on site, scope of works detailed to myself was concrete pavements and structures. Project included two ‘cut and cover’ tunnels, 1.6km of concrete pavement and three bridges. Worked closely with KBR (part of the Halliburton Group) in all aspects of reinforcement design and concrete mixture design.Contract awarded ‘Project of the year for construction and engineering excellence’ for Australia by the CASE Earth awards in conjunction with the Government.Transferred to PT Petrosea TBK (Clough’s Indonesian subsidiary) after completion.
