Reporting to the Founder• Conducting RPO, Professional, and Executive searches across multiple sectors, specializing in Tech (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Data, Software Development, IoT, and more).• Developing and advising on advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, X-Ray Google Search, and other innovative techniques to engage top talent on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.• Leading kickoff meetings and weekly status meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and progress updates.• Engaging in full-cycle sourcing, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, assessing, debriefing, negotiating, providing feedback, managing rejections, and preparation based on specific methodologies.• Preparing executive summaries and detailed candidate reports to present to stakeholders, optimizing decision-making processes and facilitating successful placements.• Creating and maintaining talent pipelines, ATS, and talent maps to track candidate progress and inform ongoing sourcing strategies.• Analyzing sourcing metrics to continually refine strategies and ensure high-quality, efficient talent acquisition.• Writing compelling job descriptions, email outreach, InMail invitations, and making cold calls to engage top-tier candidates.• Collaborating closely with team members to share knowledge, provide one-on-one coaching, and create training materials for sourcing best practices.• Contributing to market research on client competitors by area/functions and diversity, identifying areas of opportunity and talent gaps.• Contributing to business development by sourcing new clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and proactively identifying potential hiring managers for open positions.
