As a Graphic Designer at Fordebaker, my job revolves around creating visually appealing assets for various brands. Working remotely every day, I collaborate with different clients and my colleagues to develop high-quality graphics that are showcased on Amazon galleries, A+ content, and stores. Additionally, these assets play a crucial role in Amazon advertising campaigns as well.Effective communication with both my colleagues and clients is the key to our success. By actively engaging with our clients and understanding their vision, we ensure that our designs align with the brand's objectives and resonate with the target audience. This open and collaborative approach allows us to deliver exceptional results consistently.Overall, working as a Graphic Designer for Fordebaker provides me with exciting opportunities to collaborate with a diverse, multinational team of people working with global brands and contribute to their success on the Amazon platform. Through effective communication, creativity, and attention to detail, I am able to create assets that make a lasting impact and drive results.

I translate briefs into high quality designs and collaborate with multiple departments to create assets that meet the brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the brand appropriately. My experience in Graphic Design has been one of reward and professional growth. My potential was swiftly noticed and in just 6 months I have progressed from a Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer role thanks to my hard work, dedication and fast learning skills. With this promotion I took the lead on a redesign project for one of the brand’s Amazon Shop and A+ content and Gallery whilst still working on other projects. These include packaging mock-ups for Marks&Spencer, collaboration with Holland&Barrett to promote new products launching in their stores and external advertising in Women's Running Magazine.

As a Junior Graphic Designer I developed web and social media assets for Naturya as well as its sister brands (Funktional Foods, Superfood Outlet and SuperAge). I also created print ready materials such as recipe cards, a trade catalogue, compliment slips and printed external advertisement.I was able to memorise and apply the guidelines of all the different brands in a short amount of time. This gave me the opportunity to focus more on the creative process, working on just a little over 130 projects over eight months.

Through my studies at Bath Spa University, I kept on working to support myself financially. On top of a part time role as waiter, I also worked as a freelance graphic designer on a number of project.A few of the projects I worked on have been the development of a brochure for Pentalver Container Conversions, the creation of the logo for the Craftmasters company and a visual project about credit build-up and educational pathways for the Bath Spa University Vice-Chancellor.

Menu Shop is Europe’s leading producer and provider of hospitality products which also has a global outreach. My role as a Marketing Manager included coordinating a team which focussed on the creation of interesting and engaging content to drive sales through social media and online newsletters. I was also in charge of in-house website content, ensuring all products were showcased in an engaging and interesting manner.

My starting role in Menu Shop involved creating visuals (using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator) and copy for online newsletters, social media posts and website content. My can-do, positive attitude, displayed on all projects, along with the ability to learn quickly, made me the first choice to move to a managerial role after just one year in the company.

Despite being recruited as Head Barista, at Darcy’s my skillset was quickly noticed by the owner and I was soon promoted to the managerial position where I focussed on the marketing and promotion of the business.This was achieved by developing a strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and being responsible for day to day customer relations both on and offline.

As a Duty Manager position in Ask Italian my duties included Customer Service, Stock Control, People Management and Health and Safety.For this role the ability to communicate effectively and promote a can-do attitude within a team was essential. Not only, Decision making skills like quick-thinking and the capacity for fast problem solving have been great advantage.

After graduating and moving to England, in 2013 my first job was with Benugo, a nation wide coffee chain with lots of possibilities for professional growth.My first impression was swiftly confirmed when in less than two years I progressed from the position of Team member to the one of General Manager.In my years working for Benugo I was provided with the ideal environment to develop both my people and my managerial skills.

Cultural exchange experience in Florida US I have been taking part to whilst studying at the University of Macerata.At the end of this experience, my studies have continued until April 2013 when I got my degree.
