Mainly I was responsable of:• Lead every day the impleller operators to comply the scheduled production plan;• Verify the availability and compliance of all materials, document and equipment to do machiningoperations;• Deal the maintenance of the machines, to reducing device breakdown;• Verify the effective cycle time and the variance about the estimated time (Variant to Cycle Analysis);• Support the quality inspector of the line and PQE to solve quality issues (NCR) about impellers;• Support Manufacturing Engineer team to resolve machinability problem about milling 5-axis machine, EDM, lathe and key slot machine;• Verify the respect of GE EHS procedures during the impellers manufacturing operations.

Mainly I was responsable of:• Wrote performance and mechanical test procedure for Gas/Steam turbine and Barrel compressor,like: torque and torsional vibrations, residual stress measurements, strain gage measurements,sound intensity. All of this in Italian or English language.• Run the performance and mechanical test on Gas/Steam turbine and Barrel compressor (on fieldsite, Italy and Extra EU);• Wrote the finally report of the test about the global performance of machine.
