FriedWorks was a coworking startup incubator that I cofounded.

Regional accelerator backed by Telekom Slovenija. I created the program and ran it for two generations. During that period I advised 25 startups in full time 4 month program.

I was part of a startup team that developed a reporting system for investors. The goal of this system was to provide investors with accurate and up-to-date information about the companies they have invested in. I played an active role in the creation and development of the system, contributing my skills and expertise to help turn the vision into a reality.

I worked as an independant senior level consultant for improvements of sales organizations, planning and processes for large corporate clients in Slovenia. I successfully completed several sales process restructuring projects for large Slovenian companies including a mobile operator, largest wholesaler in a FMCG space and others.

I served as the General Manager for the third-largest Slovenian IT system integrator, where I was responsible for overseeing a team of 160+ employees and managing a revenue of 25 million USD in three countries. My deep understanding of the IT landscape and my ability to develop and execute effective strategies have enabled me to drive results, improve efficiency, and ensure the success of the organization. Whether leading cross-functional teams, negotiating complex deals, or overseeing operations, I am always focused on delivering value to stakeholders and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
