I build organizational capacity through donor communications, grant writing, reporting, and public outreach. I also provide technical support for the development and oversight of programs designed to equip thousands of adolescent girls with skills, knowledge, and safe networks to realize their potential and determine their own futures.

Provided direct therapeutic behavioral health services for children and adolescents in school and community settings through practical skill development related to positive growth, healthy behaviours, and emotional regulation. Also, produced regular updates of clients’ progress on behavioral and mental health objectives for individualized treatment plans.

Coached student-athletes in both Cross Country Skiing and Track & Field by providing high-quality technical support and mentorship.Established the high school's first Unified Track & Field team, cultivating a safe and inclusive environment for students from both special education and general education backgrounds to work together building sports, life skills, and healthy relationships.

Mostly based in the country head office with occasional field visits to branch offices in Xieng Khouang Province. My main line of work was supporting the program manager and partners in establishing an innovative, regional sport for development initiative called "Pass It Back" (now called ChildFund Rugby), using the sport of rugby to build leaders in Asia. Key responsibilities included program/project development, M&E, communications, technical training, liaising with key partners and stakeholders, desk-based research, and other ad hoc support.

Taught English language classes to students between ages 5 – 30, averaging 20 contact teaching hours per week at a private language school.

Following an intensive pre-service training program, I was placed with a government Child Development Center. I contributed to staff capacity development, co-facilitated life-skills programmes for non-formal education students, and supported child protection services for individuals and families.In addition, I designed and implemented community events and projects (e.g. Youth Summer Camps, HIV/STI/STD Awareness Workshops, Teacher Trainings, and BOOKBRIDGE Libraries).

Directly supported female adolescents in a long-term residential treatment center to provide healthy activities and programs, while assessing their behavioral progress.

Provided healthy activities for children and young people, while identifying youth at risk for suicide and providing additional support services.
