As opening Director of Sales, completed all sales efforts and blitzes with out assistance. This resulted in our hotel opening on day 2 at an 85% occupancy and day 3 92%. I complete the budget for group and corporate rooms as well as forecasting weekly. I daily look at occupancy and rate to maximize both. We consistently exceed budget, allowing me to assist with onboarding of new Sales Managers in other markets. I also successfully task force in other markets to find new transient and group business.
