Our company provides medical claims processing, patient billing and credentialing services to our clients that need these services; yet do not have the extra man power or knowledge to handle these services in house. We process claims for all major insurance carriers, including Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare. We are able to work with any provider located within the United States. We specialize in working with Alternative Treatment Providers such as; massage therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist and mental health providers to name a few.Processing claims electronically will better any practices' cash flow tremendously and lessen stress for the office staff. While credentialing is the process of becoming contracted with various insurance carriers to be reimbursed for services given, this can be a very tedious and drawn out process. That is why we handle the complete credentialing process for our client. The client decides how much they want to or don't want to participate in their tailored program. I started my career in banking as a teller and worked my way through almost every department, learning all I could about how the bank worked as a whole. During my last six years at the bank, I managed the customer service/new accounts departments and supervised the teller line at the corporate office location. I also managed the safe deposit department at this time. During my banking career I created and implemented various training programs (including policies and manuals) for all branch locations including the new accounts department, business accounts, IRAs, merchant accounts and safe deposit. I was responsible for the complete project of relocating the bank's safe deposit department containing over 5,000 safe deposit boxes in 2005. I was also a key participant in numerous committees responsible for implementing major changes effecting the bank such as; Y2K, Privacy Act, New Accounts Platform, online banking and merchant program conversion. My years of banking experience includes; teller line supervisor, safe deposit manager, merchant portfolio manager, ATM/Debit Card portfolio manager, IRA portfolio manager, branch manager subsitute, bookkeeping and auditing.
