When I was 12 years old, I scored 532/550 on a test, 519 being a minimum. Based on that, in combination with my shy personality, the teachers advised me to go to a small secondary school with a specific level, which was not particularly low, but neither high. This was a perfect advice; it was the correct environment for me to start growing. I completed a BBA in Human Resources with distinction and great results (even for economics) and graduated from a Master in Intercultural Management. I did internships in Social Work, HR operations and Intercultural Training, all successful. I traveled to four continents, 25 countries, and lived in six of these, immersing myself in the local culture and language. The combination of these international experiences, acquired knowledge, and my personality have created a curiosity and passion for all questions dealing with Interculturality, Learning & Development, Intercultural Communication, International Education, Diversity & Inclusion and Immigration.
