Responsible for recruiting back-end developers for agile team at KPN. Focus on Python, Java, and other object oriented languages. Responsible for the recruitment project Go Virtual, finding DevOps Engineers for Network Virtualization and Software Defined Networking. KPN is the largest Telecommunications & IT-services company in The Netherlands. This TelCo is going through a digital transformation.

Part of the Talent Acquisition team as a recruitment intern. Dealing with the entire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, administration work etc.) Contributing to timely, cost-efficient delivery of quality recruitment solutions for key business openings. Participating in development of HR-projects, such as Employer Branding presence in social media and European Onboarding program.

Overall responsibility for identifying and coordinating personnel to offshore projects. Responsible for finding qualified staff within the ISO certification (insulation, surface and scaffolding). Paying attention to detail and the bigger picture of all Beerenberg projects in mind. Administrating travels, holidays, rotated hours, and absence for staff. (Summer job during studies).
