Newly developed various tracking mechanisms to display progress of program activities and report status / escalate challenges all within a single sourced dashboard.• As a senior liaison for production directors, architects and dev/ops team members, led the drive of successful program delivery of critical risk programs. Iteratively encouraging process transformation towards more frequent, transparent, adaptive and proactive vs reactive approach in the reality of remote teams and shared resources. Fostered and provided training to key risk teams on the Delivery SDLC for succesful project delivery.
