Testing pesticides and applications for use in production of high quality products for local and International market. 5. Making appropriate recommendation to guide farmers, policy makers, importers and economies of agricultural products.6. Established trials to screen the collected germplasm for sources of resistance to viral diseases particularly, Cassava mosaic disease (CMD) and Cassava brown streak disease (CBSD).3.
