Responsible for coordinating utility billing for new takeovers and liaising with utility billing and expense management providers and regional management teams. - Complete all required utility billing set up documentation- Communicate with billing provider and utility providers, facilitate issue discussion and resolution. Act as liaision between providers and acquisition and management teams. - Process utility funding requests and coordinate funding (utilities/deposits) with Accounting teams. - Research and recommend changes to billing methods to enhance property income and mitigate risk. - Participate in utility billing process and system training; conduct training as needed- Conduct periodic review of utility billing services.
