Alex is a native Californian who has lived in the south Orange County area his entire life. Born and raised in San Clemente, a small beach town, he then moved to Rancho Santa Margarita where he purchased his first home at the age of twenty four with his wife Heather. After moving to Santa Margarita and experiencing the joys and benefits of owning property firsthand, he decided to begin a career in real estate.
