I started my career at Integration Point, a middle-market SaaS company providing trade compliance modules to plug into ERPs. My role at Integration Point grew from Tier 1 customer service to implementation lead within a few short years. When Integration Point was acquired by Thomson Reuters, I transitioned to DealCloud, another b2b SaaS company.At the time, DealCloud was a fast-growing start-up selling bespoke CRM solutions to financial services firms. There I lead enterprise implementations, started a managed services program for current accounts, and eventually transitioned to account management to help open our first West Coast office. DealCloud was acquired by IntApp and a short time after I departed to get my MBA.During my studies I focused on sharpening my analytical skills, focusing on AI/ML applications in finance, marketing, and operations. In addition to the MBA, I took coding bootcamp-style courses in Python and R to supplement what I was learning in the classroom. This led to several internships in business intelligence and strategy during my time at Haas with firms ranging from <10-person startups to EY Parthenon.I now leverage my background in client-facing professional services and my more recently developed analytics toolset to build a business intelligence program for FTV Capital, a fast-growing growth equity firm. Here I work with a small team focused on managing our third-party solutions and building our own in-house tools to supplement them. My primary responsibilities include data analysis, operations optimization, product management, and vendor management.
