In the course of one year, I planned and executed over 80 interviews and 37 usability campaigns, driving new features and necessary product improvements for B2B and B2C users.⦁ Established the UXR process for 5 product teams and the entire 200+ person company during a time of extensive growth (website with 1,000,000+ users).
