I am the Managing Director of SEON South Africa, a tech start-up that provides cutting-edge solutions for the emergency response and other related industries. With more than three years in this role, I lead a team of passionate and talented professionals who are committed to empowering emergency services to respond faster and save lives. We work with various stakeholders, such as armed response and emergency services to deliver innovative products and services that enhance their efficiency, safety, and performance.My core competencies include operations management, business strategy, relationship management, sales and marketing, M&A, service quality, change management, and business administration. Additionally, I have over 15 years of experience in the industrial packaging and logistics sector, where I co-founded and served as the strategic director of Outsourced Industrial Logistics, a company that specializes in turnkey projects and installations of plant and equipment. I am also an entrepreneur and an investor, with a keen interest in technology and innovation. I hold a Bachelors of Social Sciences Degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and I have completed certifications in Leading Change and Innovation in the Age of Disruption from LinkedIn and INSEAD Executive Education, as well as Harvard Executive programmes.
