I design, develop, & test internal applications using tools and languages such as APEX, FME, Tableau, Python, Microsoft SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. I analyze, and collect data with an emphasis on key performance indicators, trend analysis and business processes. I build, document and maintain ETL tools. I trained new employees and walked them through all airport security measures and safety protocols. I was also responsible for communicating with both pilots and customer service representatives.
