Being responsible for the complete installation of electrical systems for Railway Electrical Services. My responsibilities include pricing new works and ensuring the projects are run too budget. Reporting all commercial information to the Project Director and the Commercial team on a fortnightly basis. Producing cost to complete forms and keeping a live track of costs for each project. Also, working very closely with the Project Engineer to oversee that the installation is installed to a high standard of quality and all documentation is in place. Produce Work package plans, task briefs and SSOW packs on a weekly basis, briefing Project Engineer of planned works. Ordering plant and materials for contracts on a weekly basis. Liaising with cliental producing updates and programs for on-going contracts, site audits for inspection of installation and site staff to ensure quality

My responsibilities include instructing the site supervisors on all work to be completed, ensuring that the installation is installed to a high standard of quality and to test & inspect the installation on completion of the works prior to handover of the job for completion. Working closely with the Project Manager planning and to resource contracts. Produce Work package plans, task briefs and SSOW packs on a weekly basis, briefing supervisors of planned works. Ordering plant and materials for contracts on a weekly basis. Liaising with client producing updates and programs for on-going contracts, site audits for inspection of installation and site staff to ensure quality.
