I began my driving career at 8 years old in the NHRA Jr. Dragster League. I competed in the Jr. Dragster ranks until I was 15, winning races and championships. In my last year of racing Jr. Dragsters, my father Jim and I began building a 1970 Dodge Dart. Over the next three years, we spent our time constructing the Dart. In the meantime, I fulfilled my need for speed by racing a 330 Outlaw Jr. Dragster, a Nostalgia Altered, and my own 1971 Pontiac Ventura. In 2007, at the age of 19, I began racing a 1932 Bantam Altered in the NHRA Heritage Series. Just one year later, I had a new 1970 Cuda funny car body to replace the Bantam, and thus the “Rocketeer” was born! In 2010, I ran my first full season in the NHRA Heritage Series with the Rocketeer, qualified for every race, and finished 3rd in points in the Nostalgia Eliminator 1 class.This season, I have unveiled a new look for the Rocketeer provided by AVIwraps.com and will be racing in the Heritage Series.I am also interested in upgrading my license this season to either Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car or Top Alcohol Funny Car.Specialties: driving, marketing, funny car
