As the UI/UX Designer, I take a creative approach in designing and developing the marketing website for Spark Hire. Since I began at Spark Hire I have completely rebranded the entire website to create an easy to use, transparent website that helps drive sales and build company revenue with methodical design and great marketing. As a hybrid designer/developer I do everything from print to mobile to web design along with front end development. Basically anything creative I am involved with. I also have a strong influence on our web application, designing our interface to create an easy to use platform and making simple and understandable for our users. Working with a team of developers I whiteboard, wireframe and conceptualize each feature to make sure our UI/UX is flawless before launching. I am also involved in a lot of web and mobile testing to oversee that our product gets launched without error. I take pride in my work at Spark Hire and am proud to have been able to help build the company from it's early stages of development to what it is today.

I took a creative approach in maintaining, managing and designing websites for ASM's running events while handling any creative design tasks needed from print to web work. I also managed a team of designers for our summer and winter intern program. After leaving the company to pursue new opportunities, I continued doing freelance projects with ASM where I began designing and developing new websites.

While working here I increased my knowledge of Online Marketing and best practices for User Interface and User Experience.
