The company was founded in 2014 by Managing Director Alex Bartlett who has also drawn on the wealth of experience of two family generations that have been established in the property industry for over 40 years.Edward Bartlett joined Aedis Homes in 2015 as Project Manager, and was recently appointed as a director of the company working alongside Alex on current developments, and assisting with planning of future developments.In 2017 Aedis Homes has completed developments in Wickford and Chelmsford, and has sites under construction at Witham, and Shenfield, with a combined sales value for the four developments exceeding £6.8mAll developments can be viewed at www.aedishomes.co.uk
