As Senior Project Manager I oversee large-scale residential real estate developments from start to finish in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. I serve as the main liaison for our clients, investors, designers/contractors, and municipal agencies. I develop and control project budgets and work with our consultants on project financial analyses. I conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety. And I enjoy working with our broader project support team to ensure we are driving project outcomes in the most efficient manner possible. I am currently managing the final phases of Viridian, a 2,000 acre master-planned community in Arlington.
