Alex leads LinkedIn Talent Solutions North America Sales Team to advance and accelerate our customers talent and learning strategies.Alex was the head of business service and healthcare at LinkedIn, the largest business segment in NAMER Marketing Solutions, Enterprise. She was responsible for the creation and execution of the sales strategy and roadmap for this business segment, as well as leading a team of 60+ people. She is a pragmatic leader who knows how to empower teams to achieve their highest potential. She has over 20 years of experience working with some of the world's largest, global organizations in the areas of strategy, sales, and consulting. She is an executive that is skilled at people management, revenue generation and operations management.Prior to LinkedIn, Alex was the executive leader of KPMG's insurance advisory practice for the midwest. She advised the largest carriers, brokers, and reinsurers on IT/business strategy, business transformation, and large-scale digital transformations. She oversaw billion-dollar global programs focused on product innovation, customer experience, and expanded distribution. Alex is also a certified executive leader by McKinsey and a certified digital marketing strategist by Harvard Business School. She currently sits on the board of Wheaton Academy, is a prior board director of the Chicago Urban League and Herzing University. She was also awarded the Busincess Leader of Color in 2017 in Chicago and is known for her featured whitepaper on the autonomous vehicle and it's impact on the insurance industry.
