Achieving all financial objectives, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions as appropriate. Performing monthly category audits along with full inventory store audits. Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing all program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.  Explain to staff current goals and metrics for the month and year.

Complete orders for customers  Collecting items on the order list and packaging them up.  Shipping appropriate items on the order out of the loading bay.  Restocking items in correct locations when inventory was low.

Appraised Jewelry and Material Items for collateral loans/purchase.  Helping staff with group activities when needed or giving guidance.  Ensuring customers have a satisfactory visit while at the store, answering any questions they might have. Doing morning and nightly bank deposit runs along with opening and closing procedures. Assigning team members on weekly pricing adjustments.
