As a result, we have established processes and the proper infrastructure required for secure, safe networking as well as in IT maintenance and consulting program that typically reduces cost, but more importantly increase up-time. As CEO, I am responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, as well as day-to-day management decisions to implement our short-term and long-term plans. I also take responsibility for customer experience, to ensure that we deliver the highest level of quality service and technical support. As CTO, I am responsible for selecting the best technologies for our clients, and developing new IT services to better support our clients, and working with best-of-breed vendors.
