My main responsibilities are made up of account handling and digital project management, including meeting with clients to discuss solutions and project progression, quoting and specification writing. I am also responsible for overseeing changes to development and technical procedures. In 2017 and 2018 I organised a strategy for GDPR both internally and for development of extra tools on in house content management system. I am responsible for looking after larger client accounts on a day to day basis, also assisting other members of the development team with their projects and schedule projects into production for the team to meet deadlines.

Working with customers to develop solutions to their online needs. All solutions are built with SEO in mind. I adhere to strict deadlines and tight financial controls whilst dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face. Systems ranged from brochure websites to full e-commerce solutions including many API integrations with third party systems.
