I started working with Lantower as an Assistant Manager In Dallas Texas in the Downtown region. I assisted in managing a historic building to Dallas, the old sears warehouse, which became a luxury style loft building. I made sure we closed out numbers at below 1% each month, ensure all agents were following procedures on leasing applications and assisted Community Manager on all tasks. I was instructed to set up monthly team meetings with in office teams, maintenance and house keeping. I had much involvement with monthly events whether it was setting up or hosting. I made sure all monies were accounted for, for mid month and end of month reports. I applied strict policy on payment due dates otherwise evictions were filed. I was transferred to Austin in January 2020 to assist 3 properties with delinquency, move out procedures, leasing and renewals and reports. In one month I was able to reduce the number of evictions and increase the amount of money collected. I was then promoted to property manager and handled all aspects of the office for PM and AM.

I started working with LEDIC as a Leasing Agent and worked my way to Property Manager. I was promoted and transferred to Florida as Assistant Manager and moved back to Texas to take on the roll of Property Manager.
