Regulatory Consulting Services for Energy Sector.

 Effectively managed all Regulatory aspects for Rosehill’s Assets located in the Northern & Southern Delaware Basin from cradle to grave. Audited all regulatory functions and implemented new procedures to streamline pre-plan developmental phase, prevent any un-leased subsurface issues, and maximize acreage allocation per lateral length.  Advised all functional teams on intricate local/state/federal operating, permitting, production reporting rules and requirements to ensure zero compliance infractions and enhance production accounting process.  Directly coordinated with geologist, land, drilling, and surveyors to stake and build several multi well pad horizontal drill locations for survey plats and obtained permits for a successful 2-Rig Drilling Program.  Advised Land and Production Operations team on several complex regulatory matters inclusive of IP production date submittal, production reporting timelines, and coding for production reporting purposes. Provided ad-hoc reports and guidance to assist land, drilling, geology, and business development, and production operations. Successfully completed new projects in conjunction with all functional teams including land, reservoir, production operations, geology, and business development.

 Oversee and submit all regulatory related filings throughout wellbore lifetime including P-5 Organizational Report and inactive well support, surface commingling permits/amendments, injection/disposal/pit permits, well testing, production reports, completion reports, spill/environmental reports, and new drill horizontal well permits. Sole production accountant tasked with integrating and updating production database while architecting new central production facilities/routes as dictated by production operations to ensure efficient production allocation for regulatory reporting, revenue accounting, and proper Royalty Owner pay out. Worked in conjunction with SQL consultants to write script or assist with backend coding when needed for complex field production operations to capture correct volumes and ensure proper producti0020on allocation.  Monitor daily and end of month production variances and resolve discrepancies achieving less than ~3% variance.  Accounted for numerous truck run tickets, oil invoices, purchaser sales statements and reconciled any payment discrepancies.  Advised all functional teams on local/state operating, permitting, and production requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies resulting in zero compliance infractions.  Coordinate with team/surveyors to create survey plats for new units/wells resulting in several mulit-pad permit approvals. Take on new projects as requested by all functional teams including data trade management, FW & SWD tracking for payout/invoice, JIB, partner and royalty owner data requests, offset operator activity, and frac interference.
