Client Success Manager
CurrentAs a CSM at NetCov, I deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing client meetings to evaluate relationship issues while managing action items. Gather/maintain knowledge of offered services, source of information, monthly invoicing, QBRs and annual strategy meetings. Provide strategic and tactical communication to assigned clients such as delivering mass emails/notifications. Assist in new client onboarding initiatives as well as formulates touch plans and staff training. Generate ideas in team meetings to identify best-in-class client retention practices for industry. Oversee client inquiries daily including “how to” and “who do I go to” type requests to enhance customer experience. Maintain a healthy company to client relationship by project managing open items and seeing them through completion.
