It Support Specialist
- Offering both onsite and remote support for all IT-related tasks for our clients, including troubleshooting various network infrastructures
- Monitoring network environments and conducting maintenance on servers and workstations
- Implementing and upgrading the latest infrastructure technologies
- Documenting and implementing best practices
- Provide advanced technical support for clients, resolving complex issues related to Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime for clients
