The solution incorporates: a citizen-facing web portal incorporating authentication and verification, social media integration and handling of access to secure data online to industry standards; a flexible and extensible integration and workflow engine allowing automation of digital processes to be achieved quickly and efficiently; a contact and case management system allowing business users to review, process and report on digital transactions. Manage a team of over 30 development, QA and Business Analysis professionals located both on and off-shore.Gather information from the wider marketplace, customer forums and user groups and industry events. Assess the merits and applications of technical innovation both inside and outside the organisation to drive forward product evolution and continue to add value.Present at all levels and show our products in their best light communicating effectively with both technical, commercial and end-user audiences.

Own and evolve the product vision and development roadmap for a suite of web and mobile applications targeted mainly at local government and social housing customers. Products include: a secure web portal incorporating authentication and personal profile management as well as delivery of line of business information to citizens helping them take up the digital channel and keep coming back to it; a functionally-rich CRM system providing full capabilities for management of customer contacts and cases; mobile working applications allowing efficient use of resources and eliminating re-keying for staff working 'on the road'; native smartphone apps and associated content management system allowing organisations to create and manage apps without development expertise and deploy to iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices. Management of a large team of development and QA staff.Responsibility for delivering product content to meet tough business plan targets.Understand the user community, marketplace and technology environment to help keep the product set ahead of the competition and deliver excellent return on investment for all customers.

Manage development and testing resources to ensure the timely delivery of high quality software releases in line with specification under the direction of the Product Manager. Work with customers and colleagues to help define and document software requirements.
