In addition to my previous role, my added responsibilities include coaching and mentoring colleagues and clients to achieve the best out of our software. This is is done by online video and screen share training as well as onsite sessions with the client.I still work extensively with frontend technologies to ensure delivery of quality client-side code.In addition I was also made the Head of Training for the company. This job is alongside my technical role and I overview the training and certification process for the global team and customers. I create training content such as videos and materials so that people have the best chance to pass out certification exams. I also create the exams for the certification and offer training courses to customers and internal teams alike.
