Primarily, my work involved aiding in data acquisition, analysis, and visualization of call center data using SQL server management studio and PowerBI. I partnered with a senior member of the team to learn the in's and out's of healthcare and call center data. I also participated in many professional development workshops with my cohort of interns.

Within the Liquor Enterprise Service Center, I served as dedicated point of contact for Liquor Enterprise calls regarding business and technical challenges. I also helped design processes and procedures for receiving, resolving, and escalating Liquor Enterprise calls and established call resolution expectations with customers and provide status reporting and follow-up until resolved. I provided analysis support for systemic challenges; traced issues to the source and provided resolution support.

I facilitated room changes and vacancy reports for the four buildings in the complex, and scheduled shifts for the 16 resident assistants on the staff. As well, I organized and executed community development initiatives which centered on values such as health and safety, diversity, etc. I co-advised hall council, a group of students from the complex, create programs, fundraisers, etc. I also upheld policies as a role model for the rest of the staff and during monthly duty rounds.

In this position, I lead a floor section of 28 residents daily and in periodic informational floor meetings, act as a resource for information on campus, organize and execute community development programs both alone and in collaboration with other staff members, perform duty night rounds, and other various office tasks.

I organized and presented information to incoming students and their parents about life on campus, aided in the selection and registration of classes for new students by teaching them about the software used by the university, and led campus tours to familiarize the students with important places on campus.
