Tawse Foods Limited is New Zealand's largest ice cream cone manufacturer.

Rubicon was created out of the Fletcher Challenge restructure and at its inception Rubicon had commercial interests in New Zealand, Australia, US, Argentina and Brazil. Rubicon’s industry interests included petrol retailing and bulk distribution, forestry nurseries, forestry biotechnology, plantation forestry and a lumber and plywood mill. Rubicon is listed on the New Zealand Exchange (NZX), and previously formed part of the NZX 50 index. Rubicon has a small management team, which requires each member to fulfil extremely broad roles that continually change to meet new challenges; encompassing all aspects of an NZX listed company's operations.

I was the Managing Director of Mulchman Limited, a business in which I was a substantial shareholder. I acquired Mulchman in 2006 with 3 other business partners, and we successfully grew Mulchman to operate in both the North and South Island, increasing revenues by over 200%. In 2013, I successfully completed the separation of the company into North and South operations, and negotiated trade sale exits of both businesses.

Fletcher Challenge was the corporate office of the Fletcher Group, comprising Fletcher Building, Fletcher Energy, Fletcher Paper and Fletcher Challenge Forests.I worked within the Group Accounting Division reporting to the Assistant Group Controller.Fletcher Challenge, at its height, was a very large international conglomerate with a turnover in excess of $NZ8 billion and operations in the Building, Energy, Forestry and Pulp and Paper industries. This role covered all aspects within the management accounting and internal reporting areas.
