Project: Guangzhou Hong Cheng Plaza (Client: Sun Hung Kai Properties) (Architect: Benoy) • RMB 2 billion construction cost and 110,000m2 of retail area • Mixed-use development comprises of commercial and public spaces, footbridges, pedestrian subways with future integration into Metro stations • Three-storey deep RC basement and two-storey high above ground RC podium with steel monocoque structure covering the roof level • Deliver schematic, tender, detailed design and construction packages • Analytical and design works involving structural interaction between RC superstructure and steel monocoque canopy structure and 1.25m thick transfer slab over existing Metro twin tunnels • Execute design of irregular structural frame and layout to suit highly demanding architectural scheme and varying building functional layout • Coordinate and negotiate with various Local Design Institutes, Government Departments, Expert Panels, Metro Authority, consultants and client

Projects: PLA Primary and Churchfields Junior School (Client: London Borough of Redbridge) • £8 million project cost each • Design elements include steelwork structures, concrete foundation and masonry assessment on an existing Grade II listed building • Involve during construction production and site phase • Project managerial roles include managing a multidisciplinary team, monitoring project finance, forecasting workload against fees and expenditure, coordinating with external parties, resolving site queries and liaising with site supervisor
