For the past 25 years, I have successfully developed and operated four different companies in the floral and event industries. I started my professional career in the flower business at a floral importer handling the marketing and sales of fresh cut Ecuadorian roses in the American market.With the experience gained in the industry, I started a flower importer venture, Andean Flowers. I developed this startup company into a successful flower importer by focusing on creative marketing and brand recognition. Within 3 years I had revenues topping $9 million. I diversified the business incorporating Infinity Bouquet and entered into the mass market floral distribution. By 2001, the company’s revenue was $15 million and provided employment to more than 200 people in Ecuador and the United States.The changing and competitive nature of the flower business always motivated me to remain creative and on the search for new products and services. In 2002, with the intention of entering a niche market of exclusive and new rose varieties, I incorporated Blooming Rose Inc . This company focuses on a specific market searching for the highest quality and rose varieties. To date the company supplies fresh cut flowers to over one hundred exclusive wholesalers and retailers throughout the United States.In 2007, along with my business partner, Fernando Rojas, we started Blooming Events International, based on creativity, professionalism and attention to detail serving the destination management industry.Blooming Events International has been in constant development and has re-branded as Agency BE, a leading Miami based creative Event & Marketing Management and Production Company specializing in both the design and execution of programs worldwide embracing the artful fusion of sleek creativity, emerging technology and integrated marketing.
