Assists clients with their full range of transactional and financial needs (short- and long-term) including: everyday banking (Small Business and Personal), borrowing, saving for a goal and protecting the future.Demonstrating Professional Retailing Behaviours by proactively interacting with clients in all areas the branch offering help and advice with the goal of booking appointments and identifying sales, up-sell, cross-sell and referral opportunities. Contributes to the branch’s client experience and sales results by providing personalized advice & solutions and deepening client relationships. Develops and maintains strong relationships with partners to optimize for referrals.
