International Relations Manager of Rising Stars of Africa ( formally United Through Sport Ghana) I am in charge of maintaining and creating partnerships with Football clubs, agents, schools, university's, sponsors, ambassadors, Player recruitment and Scouting, player sales, sponsorship, tours abroad, trials abroad, scholarship opportunities abroad.My role is now based in the UK and is on a Volunteer basis.

Ghana

Manager of the Academy,Rising Stars of Africa (formally known as United Through Sport Ghana).Whilst in the position I have had 6 of our Academy boys travelling outside of Africa for trials and training programmes, with 9 more being invited to other clubs across Europe. I have also successfully generated Thousands of pounds through fundraising and sponsorship deals. I negotiated the deal for a astro-turf pitch to be built for us at no cost for our Academy which was completed in December 2015. In February 2016 three of the Academy boys were called up for the national U17 squads. We have several boys travelling to America where they have been offered scholarships and will travel in Summer 2016. This come after successfully dealing with many American collages and University's, with scouts coming to Ghana to asses our players. Responsibilities include managing:- Football Department: U'12s, U-14s, U'16s and the U'18s. This includes arranging fixtures and tournaments, player recruitment, coaching development and recruitment.- Player recruitment and Scouting, player sales, sponsorship, tours abroad, trials abroad, scholarship opportunities abroad.- All staff management - including recruiting new staff. - International developer, building relations all around the world to provide new opportunities for our Academy boys, in football and education.

Ghana

Youth football coach overseeing the U'14 and U'12 age groups. While I was in this position, the U'14 age group won 20 games from 20 and the U'12 lifted the Right to Dream Cup.

Hampshire

I was responsible for maintaining the swimming pool, gym and all things to do with the leisure at New place hotel. Also I was in charge of membership sales and renewals.Organized 2013 Charity Evening for over 100 guests, dealing with administration, catering, entertainment, publicity, finance and staffing, that raised £2,200 for two charities
