-Responsible for QA of all UAT and Production releases ensuring bet365 standards are followed, deployment of fit for purpose code to UAT and Live, driving all requests through the process to completion – end to end ownership.-Participation in a shift pattern to provide office cover as determined by bet365 to ensure 24 * 7 support. NL Store Network Optimisation (Dec 2017 – May 2018)Working alongside a BT PM I was responsible for the delivery of the connection optimisation of 60 UK stores, the installation of MPLS network and the transition of 3 Service Partners.* Full ownership and accountability for end to end project delivery* 3rd Party supplier management and stakeholder management* Providing progress reports to stakeholders and escalating where necessaryLymedale Kronos InTouch Clock Rollout (Dec 2017 – Mar 2018)* Successfully managed the upgrade and implementation of Kronos timekeeping clocks at the Lymedale site. The project was handled under strict deadlines and required a 18hr downtime at the DC whilst the system was migrated.Lymedale Distribution Centre Wireless Access Upgrade (Apr – Sept 2017)* Responsible for the end-to-end migration from an end-of-life/support wireless network to a future proof 5GHz solution – budget £200k.* The final design consisted of two new wireless controllers and 120 APs situated across 3 DCs at Lymedale.* Awarded IT Star of the Month for this successful rollout.

(additional to Applications Analyst) - Represent the team on numerous large scale projects such as the re-platforming of New Look’s WMS from an HP to IBM AIX platform.
