We focus on building elegant and practical residences that enhance a feeling of belonging in where you live or invest.Responsibilities:- Manage all financial operations across different entities, including group structure set-up and optimization, overhead and payroll allocation etc.-Lead financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes; Prepare strategic financial analysis to support business strategy and decision making.- Take responsibility for the tax compliance for all entities in the group. This includes evaluation of the advice given by external tax advisers, preparation of tax working files, and engaging with the external professional service providers for other matters.- Oversee general accounting functions, such as maintaining ledger and journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll in a timely manner; Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement.- Ensuring monthly, half year and annual reports and other financial reports are delivered in line with deadlines. - monitor property settlements and new potential projects legal requirements (windfall gain tax, stamp duty, GST etc.)- Budgeting and forecasting on a group level
