• Provide efficient customer service to applicants by responding to inquiries and processing application data in a timely manner.• Manage confidential application information through multiple online portal services.• Assist in coordinating an application process, interview process, and welcome weekend event for the Promising Scholars Program, which is a Board of Governor's scholarship for academically successful students in need of additional financial resources.

• Oversee a floor of diverse college students and foster an inclusive community among them.• Work with a staff of 11 other Resident Assistants and 2 professional staff members to create programming centered around inclusion, alcohol and substance awareness, education and community.• Ensure safety and security of a college residence hall by enforcing housing policies and procedures of Towson University.

• Co-supervise a team of 10 undergraduate Summer Conference Assistants.• Oversee the operations and management of 23 camps and conferences in a facilities and housing capacity.• Provide excellent customer service to over 2,000 camps and conference attendees on Carroll University's behalf.• Manage and monitor key inventories for a smooth move-in and move-out process.
