Roles and Responsibility: Solution design, costing & pricing.Personally take the lead to: •Understanding customer needs and integrate into sustainable solution designs •Develop detailed designs for the solution incorporating the scope of services, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, estimated value for the client and draft P&L. •Calculate warehouse size based on throughput and product data mainly provided as part of a customer RFQ •Create warehouse process flows for key activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch and return management to maximize productivity •Calculate productivity targets to support resource and activity-based costing models •Create warehouse throughput simulation models using industry leading software to visualize warehouse operations, throughputs, and alternatives. •Capture core data and assumptions that are required to design, cost and price the solution for the customer This includes the process for capturing all customer insights that might be relevant for this pursuit or future upselling opportunities •Support development of automation proof of concepts.•Drive knowledge sharing and capability building L&D activities for solution design in the wider organization, creating in-house talent pool with relevant People function support.•Meeting key property developer and agency to build good relationship, to build relationships for market expansion, to meet customer demand in location, size and type of operations.

•Tamadam Industries Sdn Bhd, sits on a 15 acres of land. The warehouse is fully racked with a total 205,000sqft of racking facilities. •As Senior Manager of Tamadam Indutries Sdn Bhd, I oversaw 5 Major Department within the company. Each dept. will have a Head of Department which will report to me on a daily and weekly basis. Monthly briefing with Heads of Department on strategies execution and improvement initiatives.•Within 12 months of taking over the management, have managed to turn the company around to profitability.•Recruitment of new team members to assist in the turnaround.•Implementation of a new Warehouse System, to further improve accuracy and reduce lag time. Revamping the entire process flow, and the organisation chart to have a more direct approach, and empowered staff to have more accountability and responsibility.•Implementation of appointed vendors to ensure the best price for efficient services. By introducing Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.•Had been successful maintaining the company’s profitable and has been self-sustaining, without any further capital injection from the parent company. In turn Tamadam has been advancing capital to support the Parent Company.

•Handling of various General Insurance Claims, ranging from accident, windscreen, and theft.•During my tenure with Allianz, I have cultivated a high EQ dealing with demanding and difficult to handle customers. •Able to recognise a pattern in fraud claims and was able to alert my superiors and request for an in-depth investigation into the claims. Have detected close to 20 fraudulent claims ranging from various situations. •Was tasked to head and supervise all franchise workshops’ claims below RM5,000.00 to improve efficiency in the process.•Conducted in house training to new staff, on using the claims system.
