An experienced Aquatic and Fitness Facilities Manager with a collaborative leadership style that works with teams to deliver outstanding results. I can think strategically for the future and make strategy relatable for people to deliver on. Capable of delivering both high level governance and stakeholder communications whilst holding my own in the technical world of aquatic and facility maintenance, I bring a rare determined versatility and knowledge of the sports and recreation industry to deliver on the diverse needs of the community-based organisations, large events, film production and elite sports teams.
