Front of house Service Manager & Sales Advisor responsible for the daily running of the business, dealing with second hand cars across multiple brands. As a key holder and first point of contact to all customers, I take on many responsibilities in this role including, being the first person to arrive on site every morning, opening the garage and setting up efficiently for the day ahead, taking telephone calls for all service and repair bookings, as well as car sales calls to be dealt with where necessary or passing them on to other staff, ordering parts from various suppliers, maintaining a strong relationship with them, as well as staying in close contact and liaising with service customers, updating and up selling them regularly on further repairs needed, responsible for efficiently managing an 8 man workshop & bodyshop, delegating jobs to all staff, managing aftersales and warranty claims appropriately while maintaining customer satisfaction, processing job cards and invoices using Avonbrook Software Solutions, giving customers a thorough break down on their service and repair bills, other duties include keeping sales stock, sales yard and workshop presentable and safe at all times. I have a proven track record of car sales across multiple brands, even as Service Manager being my main focus.

Responsible for detailing and valeting second hand cars across multiple brands for sale and display on the forecourt as well as taking sales enquiry calls and providing customer service and satisfaction, looking after chemical control, collecting parts and products from various motor factors and garages when needed. Other duties include delivering cars to other garages and customers when requested.
