Kilifi, Kenya

• Tasked with writing SOPs for a previously undocumented propagation process in the tree nursery, focused on maximizing seedling quality and survival rate whilst minimizing cost.• The tree nursery has subsequently expanded to a production capacity of 2 million seedlings annually, making it one of East Africa's largest tree nurseries.• Stationed in the remote town of Ganze in rural Kilifi County, just inland from the Kenyan Coast.
