I began my PhD in Aerospace Engineering (Research) at the University of Glasgow in October 2020. My project is titled "Study of vortex stability in swept wing configurations" and aims to investigate leading-edge vortex (LEV) stability with the aim of extending the flight envelope in swept wing based UAVs and MAVs.I completed my integrated Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at the University of Sheffield in July 2020. I have a particular interest in fluid mechanics, with a focus on aerodynamics and significant experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in Ansys Fluent. My Master's project investigated the impact of the halo device on aerodynamics in Formula One, using a computational methodology. The project was awarded the IMechE Best Project Certificate in July 2020.
