I started my career in back-office operations for investment companies, sat across the table from institutions as an investment consultant, served as CFO of two mutual fund complexes, and now Chief Investment Officer. Working as an investor is not only my passion, it's who I am. What I enjoy most is the challenge. When you think you have solved a problem or conquered a test, you come in the next day and it starts all over again. As Chief Investment Officer at Bernstein, I start with a blank sheet of paper every day. Alongside my team, I develop investment solutions that address every possible market opportunity and imaginable challenge. If research takes us to unexplored territory, we are unafraid to confront the unknown in pursuit of arriving on the leading edge of innovation.
