I successfully completed an internship role at Apple Benefits Company, a small insurance brokerage company focused in providing multiple types of insurance such as commercial, property, group/individual, and casualty policies to mostly small businesses and their employees. As a former Apple Benefits intern I executed numerous general office and specialized tasks, including but not limited to:- Assisting clients utilizing proper phone etiquette, providing accurate information in an amiable and professional manner.- Promptly (to the point of company record-breaking) digitizing and shredding thousands of corporate financial statements, organizing the information into concise Excel spreadsheets.- Playing a key role in the company's print advertising campaign, in which I was responsible for networking with local newspapers and finding one that met specific standards set by management, inputting relevant information into one collective document and discussing options with the heads of the company.

Having been an accomplished history student and enthusiast, I was selected to be a Junior Historian working for the New York Historical Society, the state's first museum founded in 1804. During my time at the NYHS I spearheaded my own guided tours of the museum's pop-up Norman Rockwell/FDR exhibit, which I was responsible for conducting deep research into. The research was organized into Google Documents and was used to write the script for my tour, as well as online blog posts explaining the themes of many of Rockwell's pieces and contextualizing them for readers. I conducted the tours for numerous school groups, making sure to engage with my audience as much as possible and answering any questions.

I worked under mentors in the architecture field with several other high school students, attending design lectures and putting our learnings into practice over the course of multiple design challenges, and was heavily involved in the planning and creation of several mock facilities ranging from school campuses to museum instillations.
