General Outline of Activies:-New Product Development-Sustaining Documentation-Data Analysis to ensure robust design-Review and aide in the implimentation of new systems within the department.

· Teach 40 students the required material of basic engineering principles and concepts. · Utilize time management skills to make sure all activities are prepared and all topics are covered.

· Managed 70 personnel and scheduled needs of the University around the needs of the personnel · Skilled at immediate problem solving with speedy response times for a quick and accurate resolution. · Demonstrated conflict resolution for varying situations and interactions, either by phone or in person.

· Researched a replacement material for a no longer manufactured part with the same functionality. Tested the new material and compared to the original material for comparable use and field use. · Designed new conceptual products, while interacting with customers and vendors for specific parts to confirm that new products will satisfy the conditions desired by the customer or ASTM. · Interacted with quality control on failed parts and materials to understand corrective measures.

· Maintained lathes, CNC and milling machines with daily upkeep and major repairs. · Worked with management to maintain facility to OSHA standards.. · Gained knowledge of drafting and machining by viewing the markings on the engineering drawings.
